The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Ashby Canal Association will be held at Measham Leisure Centre, DE12 7HR on 15th April 2025 at 7:00pm.

Members not attending may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf – a Proxy Form is available to download and print below. The form must then be signed and returned
to the Secretary to arrive at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Also available for download below are the Minutes of last year’s 2024 AGM, along with the Trustee’s Report and accounts for the Year Ending 30/09/2024. The Agenda and info regarding committee members retiring by rotation are included with the Proxy vote form.
